The Enrich@Integratie program is offered to the customer for a period of three years post implementation to enhance and strategize the Overall BI Deployment.

Considering the Challenges faced by the customer Post Implementation, Integratie has devised a unique methodology with a blend of Senior Technical Expertise along with the Functional expertise to achieve most out of the Enrich@Integratie program for the customer.

1. A Senior Technical Consultant would be appointed as a Chief Technical Coordinator for the Cusomer.
2. He with his team will personally visit the Customer every quarter after the successful implementation.
3. The visit will be pre defined with prior appointment.
4. He will study the BI implementation with the team which would include the study of
• Overall Deployment Landscape
• Infrastructure
• Servers
• Enhancements made to the BI implementation
• The Configurations of BI implementation
• The usage of the BI Implementation
5. The Chief Technical coordinator will provide the detailed audit report to the Customer Management.
